Topic for September is AIDS Education Antonian students are known for being involved in various aspects of social justice issues, particularly serving the needs of the poor. In order to further their understanding of their Christian responsibility in relation to social justice, we wish to introduce the concept of service learning. The idea is for students to extend their service experience through reflection and demonstration. According to The Complete Guide to Service Learning, "Service learning connects school-based curriculum with the inherent caring and concern young people have for their world – whether on the school campus, at a local food bank, or in a distant rainforest.
