Spirit Week has been a
tradition since the inception of Antonian. It is a week where
students and teachers alike spend time focusing on
the concept of
Antonian and what it is to be an Apache! Morning skits, hallway
decorations, dress days and field day activities are judged leading
to the announcement of the Spirit Week winner.
And so it was that the sophomore class came
out on top. After a freshman spirit week last year that left much to
be desired, the class rose to the challenge with leadership and
focus. We pause to congratulate the sophomore class for all their
efforts.
As Fr. Mark shared a
prayer at the end of spirit week, it could be said that traditions
last forever, whether it is the repeat of them or the birth of
others. It is what keeps us unique. We are proud of all
students who participated in the
various events and we especially congratulate
the student council officers and also the Presidents of the various
classes for a Job Well Done!
