Antonian Student Brings Home Gold(04.01.2007 17:00:56:30)   Antonian College Preparatory High School sponsored a city-wide Speech/Debate Contest on March30, 2007. The Antonian student who tied for 1st place in the upperclassman category also took home the 1st place school championship ribbon. Her name is Dana Traugott.  She's the only student this year in our speech/debate club who succeeded in taking home "two" 1st place ribbons on the same night at an event.  That makes her the current number one public speaker at Antonian. (Picture by Steve Walker)

In the Upperclassmen division the winners were: 1st place (tie) - Dana Traugott (Antonian) & Daniel Quintero (Stevens High School), 2nd place - Robert Rodriguez (St. Anthony Catholic High School), 3rd place - Elizabeth Cortez (Antonian) and in 4th place - Andrea Aguilar (Antonian).
 
In the Underclassmen Division the winners were: 1st place - Kaylan Botla (Saint Mary's Hall), 2nd place - Kolten Warren (St. Anthony Catholic High School), 3rd place - Marina Ollervides (Atonement Academy) and in 4th place - Neal Talukdar (Saint Mary's Hall).
