Student Wins at Nationals

After many injuries the last few years, Cathrin reached nationals this year where she won 2^nd place. Gymnastics is a year round sport that competes January to May.  Everyone at this level practices 6 days a week, nearly every week, between 30 and 35 hrs per week, all in addition to traveling to competitions and school work. Last year Cathrin was fortunate to be the 2007 Region III Balance Beam Champion.  This year she gathered even more titles. Texas Level 9 - Uneven Bars Champion, Region III Level 9 - Uneven Bars Champion, Western Nationals Level 9 - Uneven Bars 5th Place, Western Nationals Level 9 - All Around 10th Place and Western National Level 9 - Region III TEAM - 2nd Place.
