Now is the time for students to ensure they have possession of their textbooks.  All textbooks must be turned at the time of exams.  Students will not be allowed to take their exam unless the book has been returned or paid for in full by exam day.

Today is the last day of exams.  Students finishing their exams today are not required to attend school tomorrow.  Friday is exam make-up day.  Any student needing to take an exam tomorrow should speak to their teacher to make the necessary arrangements.

Any student in need of service hours are invited to speak with Mr. Miron.

Congratulations to our Apache baseball team for their 13-1 victory over Holy Cross on Saturday.  Antonian will play El Paso Cathedral in round one of the playoffs on Thursday at 4pm.

Congratulations to our Apache softball team for their 3-1 victory over St. Michael's on Friday.  It took 11 innings to put the game away.  way to go ladies for a valiant effort.

Congratulations to our Latin Club for their outstanding results at the State Latin Competition over the weekend.  Out of  83 private and public schools competing, we earned 3rd Place overall. Semper Altius!  

Congratulations to our Band for their fantastic results at the TAPPS State Music competition.  The ACP Jazz Ensemble took two 1st place and one 3rd place rating.  The drum Line took a 1st place rating, the Concert Band took three 2nd place ratings.  

Congratulations to our Debate Club for their results at the City Competition on Friday.  Michale Skiles took 1st Place and Rebecca Mendez 3rd.

This  week The Antonian Silver Dancers will begin tryouts.  A clinic will be held from Monday, April 14 through Wednesday, April 16 from 4- 5:30.  A mock tryout will take place Thursday, April 17 and tryouts on Friday, April 18.

Congratulations to the girl's golf team for winning their first ever district championship.  Congratulations also to the boy's team for a strong showing and taking runner-up.

Congratulations to our JV and Varsity softball team for their victories over Holy Cross.  Our varsity team is currently 5-0 in district.

More congratulations going out, this time to our tennis teams.  The girl's Varsity team won the district title.  Our boy's team had a strong finish as runners-up.

Congratulations to our Softball teams for some strong playing over the weekend.  The JV team beat out Burbank on Friday and St. Augustine on Saturday.  The Varsity team lost to Burbank on Friday but came out on top against St. Augustine Saturday.

Our tennis team played in the Clemens-Judson tournament over the weekend reaching quarter finals in ladies and semi consolation in men's.  The JV team played in the Fairchild tournament and placed 3rd overall.

Congratulations to The baseball team for sweeping a doubleheader against Southwest High, winning with a combined score 18-5.

A notice is being sent out to parents regarding tomorrows State Semi-final game.  Some of the salient points of the notice are; students must report to school for fifth period (12:40).  If they present a permission slip from their parents to attend the game with the ticket stub they are given an excused absence.  No student who arrives to school in the morning will be allowed to leave.  Students going to attend the game must provide their own transportation.  We will be attempting to watch the game via internet at the school in the auditorium.  Please refer to the notice for all important details.

Congratulations to our tennis team for a great showing at the Comfort Doubles Tournament on Friday. Kris Palmer and Aaron Alvarez won first place, and Kelsey Alex and Christy Garza placed second, while Stephen Oliva and Adam Richter came in fifth.

Congratulations to our students who competed in the TAPPS competition last weekend.  The results have arrived and are as follows; Katie Bieterman - 3rd in Number Sense, Analisa Rodriguez-2nd in Art-Mixed Media 3-D, Daniel Simmons- 3rd in Art for an Oil Monoprint, Michael Skiles-2nd in Persuasive Speaking, 2nd in Original Oratory, and 3rd in Current Events.  In Calculator Competition we took the top three spots; Becky Sauceda-1st, Michael Cervantes-2nd, and Andrew Bieterman-3rd.  The following students have advanced to state competition; Nancy Daly-solo acting, Victoria Galindo and Nick Gonzales-Duet Acting, Victoria Galindo-Poetry, Nick Gonzales-Spelling; Erick Nielson, Adam Richter, and Adam Vaclavik in math; Emmnauel Arias, Christian Rivera, Marcus Hosmer, Bill Tennent, and Christine Aleman in Art.

Congratulations to Jaclyn Palmer who won the girl's singles competition at the Comfort Tennis Tournament Thursday. Coming in a close second was Kaitlyn Edwards.  IN the boy's division, Travis Wiesner placed second in singles and Aaron Godinez was first in consolation.  The team of Jacob Stone and Claire Coleman placed 4th in mixed doubles.
